This is your chance to enter the culinary world of Asian cooking.
As a Commi Chef or Junior Chef, you will assist our head chef and have the opportunity to learn from them.
We expect you to:
1. Have experience of working in a kitchen of a restaurant or bar (atleast 1 year)
2. Have a good understanding of HSE Safety and hygiene guidelines in the kitchen
3. High level of cleanliness and keeping the kitchen clean
4. Helping the chef by chopping & measuring ingredients, stock control, preparing ingredients for chef to cook
5. Communicating between front house and kitchen staff
6. Stay calm in busy hours and manage the work in a calm way Must have right to work in Ireland.
