As Chef de Partie, you will be a key member of the kitchen brigade, supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in delivering exceptional cuisine to guests. You will take ownership of a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene, while contributing creatively to menu development. Our client is a renowned 4-star hotel located in a popular tourist destination in County Clare, celebrated for its warm hospitality, scenic views, and commitment to quality service. The hotel offers a refined dining experience focused on fresh, seasonal Irish produce with a contemporary twist. The Duties: Take responsibility for a designated section in the kitchen (grill, pastry, larder, etc.) Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standard Maintain a clean and organised workstation in line with HACCP and food safety regulations Collaborate with the team on new menu items and seasonal offerings Support junior kitchen staff through mentoring and training Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen environment Contribute to stock control, ordering, and waste reduction The Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up Formal culinary qualification or equivalent practical experience Passion for food and high attention to detail Strong communication and teamworking skills Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland Visa and relocation packages are not provided The Salary & Benefits: Salary: €38,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience) Opportunities for career progression within a luxury hotel group Access to professional development and training programs A dynamic and supportive working environment Staff meals on duty and uniform provided Chance to work in a stunning location, popular with both domestic and international tourists Skills: Chef managemenr work under pressure
