Elusav Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for a Fire and Security System Engineer to join our clients' Service & Maintenance Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, fault diagnosis, and repair of electronic fire and security systems at commercial and industrial sites. This is a hands-on field role with a focus on delivering best-in-class service and ensuring continued safety and security for customers. Responsibilities: Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on: Intruder alarm systems; Fire detection and alarm systems (conventional and addressable); CCTV systems (IP and analogue); Access control and intercom systems. Diagnose faults and complete corrective action in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure compliance with PSA licensing standards and NSAI regulations. Complete all service documentation and reporting via company systems. Provide technical support and guidance to clients onsite. Participate in the on-call rota for emergency breakdown response Communicate with the Service Manager to update job progress and escalate issues. Ensure tools, stock and company vehicle are maintained in safe working condition. Stay up to date with relevant industry regulations and product updates. Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience in servicing electronic fire and/or security systems. Familiarity with various systems for CCTV/Security and Fire Detection (HKC, Siemens, Honeywell). Full, clean driving licence. Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving ability. Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally at client sites.
