Job Title: Site Operations Director
Leads and manages daily site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required standards.
* Coordinates with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
* Oversees mechanical installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
* Conducts site inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develops and maintains schedules, progress reports, and resource plans.
2. Troubleshoots technical challenges and provides effective solutions.
3. Mentors and supervises site teams to achieve project goals.
Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
* Bachelors degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
* Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role.
* Strong understanding of mechanical systems, construction processes, and site operations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Proficiency in project management software is an advantage.
