Long established and leading locksmiths now seek to hire a Stock Controller in Limerick.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Stock Control
* Database maintenance
* Liaise with all parties involved on arrival/departure of stock
* Receive and monitor all inbound/outbound deliveries, bookings and sales
* Issuing documentation and arranging customer tracking
* Deal with day to day enquiries
* Maintain files and adhere to quality and security systems
* Chase, receive, ship and monitor all customer orders
* Ensure documentation and orders are boxed and filed appropriately
* Resolve customer and admin queries in a timely manner
* General office and stock room/warehouse duties
Qualifications and Skills
* Strong customer focus
* Ability to multi-task and work in a team
* Excellent standard of verbal and written English
* Excellent telephone manner
* Strong IT skills in MS Office products with experience using databases and maintaining website for stock images and pricing (uploading new images etc)
* Previous experience of working in a stock controlled environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From €30,000.00 per year

* Leaving Certificate (preferred)
Experience:
* Stock Control: 3 years (required)
