* In Office Workers: Employees work 90%-100% of the time in the office, with a permanent desk at an Amazon building. Relocation or living near a Premium Support location is required.
* Hybrid: Employees reside or relocate near an Amazon office, working part of the time in the office and part from home, with flexibility for meetings and training.
* Virtual Workers: Employees work 100% virtually, based anywhere in the Republic of Ireland.

Basic Qualifications
* 1+ years of software development or technical support experience.
* Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
* Knowledge of enterprise systems administration in Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS, IIS, MSSQL, SharePoint, Exchange, Windows Server, SSO).
* Familiarity with Windows troubleshooting tools (Event Viewer, Task Manager, WinDbg, Sysinternals, perfmon, WPR/WPA).
* Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, OSI model, routing, switching, firewalls, LAN/WAN).
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with conversion technologies (P2V, P2C).
* Managing full application stacks and storage technologies.
* Scripting or development skills in UNIX Shell, Python, R, Ruby, GO, Java, .NET, JavaScript.
* Understanding cloud computing and security concepts across platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
