Assistant Manager - Regulatory Reporting
Our client, a leading global financial services provider, is seeking an Assistant Manager – Regulatory Reporting to join their expanding Finance team in Dublin. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in capital and statistical reporting. It offers the chance to contribute to high-impact regulatory submissions and support strategic decision-making in a key European location.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare daily and monthly internal capital reports, including large exposures and capital ratios.
* Assist in the production and submission of regulatory capital and statistical reports for European operations.
* Conduct variance analysis, reconciliations, and control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Support process enhancements and system development initiatives using tools such as JIRA and Axiom.
Key Requirements
* A university degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Good understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and variance analysis.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
