The successful candidate will ensure that all staff provide person-centred, safe, and effective care in line with regulatory and organisational standards.

Requirements
* QQI Level 7 or 8 qualification in Social Care, Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or a related field (or equivalent).
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a social care or health and social care setting.
* Proven leadership or supervisory experience within a care environment.
* Strong knowledge of HIQA standards, safeguarding policies, and health & safety regulations.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
* Empathetic, professional, and committed to quality care and staff development.
* Full clean driver's licence (desired, not essential).
