Insurance Risk Management Specialist
We are seeking a risk professional to lead our insurance operations team in developing and implementing effective risk management strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct assessments of insurance controls, focusing on data accuracy, regulatory adherence, and efficiency.
* Develop comprehensive reports outlining findings, suggesting mitigation strategies, and enhancements aligned with our Risk Framework.
* Prioritize and manage projects based on business needs or external guidance, utilizing expertise in risk-based insights.
* Collaborate with regional leaders to provide centralized guidance on insurance risk issues.
* Maintain accurate records of unresolved actions and report progress to the Risk and Compliance Lead.
Requirements:
* A proven background in audit or control testing, preferably within the insurance sector.
* Strong communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
* Ability to analyze complex data sets and apply risk-based evaluations.
* Effective time management and multitasking abilities for managing multiple tasks.
* Self-directed work style with proficiency in coordinating review tasks.
* Cross-border financial services experience is a plus.
* Risk-related certification is highly valued but not mandatory.
