Uisce Éireann’s Non-Domestic Tariff Framework
CRU Decision to Update the Non-Domestic Tariff Framework Effective from 01 October 2025
The CRU has today, 14 July 2025, published its decision for Uisce Éireann’s non-domestic water and wastewater tariffs for the charging year commencing on 01 October 2025.
The CRU’s decision is to increase all existing 2024 water and wastewater tariff rates in the Non-Domestic Tariff Framework by 9.8%, to ensure the recovery of costs of water services in accordance with Article 9 of the European Union (EU) Water Framework Directive and, thereby, the reliability, efficiency and sustainability of water services.
