Financial Advisory Role
This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves working with clients to provide financial advisory services.
* Deliver high-quality financial due diligence services to clients through detailed financial analysis and report writing.
* Work closely with management and junior team members to ensure key deliverables are issued on time.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Interpretation and analysis of financial and commercial information and delivering to our clients in a clear and concise way, both in writing and verbally.
2. Reviewing historical and forecast trading performance, cash flows, working capital and balance sheets.
3. Reporting of potential key issues for our client including identification of risk or equity price impacts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Qualified accountant with ACA, CIMA or other accounting qualification.
* Excellent analytical skills and a strong eye for detail.
* Strong commercial and market awareness.
* Highly motivated, with a proven ability to work on own initiative within a challenging and dynamic work environment.
* Strong team player with good organisation, planning and leadership skills.
