We're looking for a highly skilled Sr. Quality Assurance Specialist who is a tech enthusiast, can resolve complex problems and thrive in a fast pace creative environment.
This is an outstanding opportunity where you will be responsible for design and write test case, integrating complex project testing plans, within Agile framework, to help validate and verify the quality of world class EMM solutions.

What You'll Do Design, develop and document application test strategies, test plans and test cases based on software requirements and technical specifications for all SOTI's product offeringsOwn and participate in deployment and maintenance of cloud-based test environmentsCreate, implement, and maintain test coverage for SOTI's Web applicationsWork with Product Managers and Scrum Masters to define the project's testing methodology and manage the test execution for small to large sized projectsCreate and maintain complex and re-usable SQL queriesWork collaboratively with test teams composed of staff drawn from various IT, business units and 3rd party resource providersMaintain the facilitator role for the testing team; keep team focus on tasks at hand and clear roadblocksLead and monitor the testing execution for each sprint (Agile) or testing phasePrioritize testing tasks, scenarios and test cases and track and report on testing activitiesConduct exploratory testing on SOTI's applications during developmentOffer creative and innovative solutions to complex testing issuesFollow the overall QA process improvements to ensure consistency and standardization across product linesWork in a collaborative, quality focused role in agile development teams to shape SOTI's product offeringsExperience You'll Bring 3-7 years of experience with application quality assurance in a complex web-based and mobile software development environmentExperience in functional, integration, system, security, performance, regression, and user acceptance testing using manual or automated testing techniques, preferably using exploratory testing methodologyStrong on API testing using any toolHands-on for BDD framework and test script creationExperience with C#, Playwright or similar toolsStrong on Web technologies, Mobility [Android, IOS & Windows]Able to understand the nature and workflow of complex business and technical processesStrong analytical skills with ability to formulate solutions for complex problemsExperience in a fast-paced project environment, working under Agile or Scrum paradigmHands-on working experience with commercial databases (MS-SQL)Familiarity with Microsoft Test manager, team foundation server, Test like and visual studio, Jira.Good understanding of the OSI model and computer networking principles (TCP/IP)Good debugging skills.Good communication skill (Written and speaking)University degree or college diploma in computer science or related disciplinePrevious experience with cloud environment (AWS, Azure) is desiredExperience with .Net (C#) platform is an assetAbout SOTI SOTI is a proven innovator and industry leader for simplifying business mobility solutions by making them smarter, faster and more reliable.
