About the Position
The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred services to designated areas and carry out duties as assigned by Senior Occupational Therapists/Occupational Therapist Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions.
 * Manage a caseload and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
 * Develop tailored treatment plans to enhance clients' independence and well-being.
 * Perform home visits to assess living environments and recommend adaptations.
 * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care and rehabilitation services.
 * Participate in clinical meetings, case conferences, and collaborations.
 * Maintain accurate records and documentation according to professional standards.
 * Support service development through audits, quality improvement initiatives, and training activities.
Requirements:
 * CORU Registration or eligibility.
 * A recognised Occupational Therapy qualification.
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 * Experience in community or domiciliary settings is advantageous.
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
 * Ability to manage diverse caseloads.
 * A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required for travel across the network.
