About Your New Job
They are now seeking an architectural technician to join their Dublin studio.
If successful, you will gain exposure to working on all project stages, both in office and onsite across a range of sectors working on live projects using Revit to contemporary BIM Standards.
Your duties will include:
* Working with clients and in-house teams to deliver projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
* Creating detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit and BIM software, ensuring accuracy and clarity for construction teams.
* Ensuring that designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
* Conducting site visits and assessments to gather information, evaluate conditions, and ensure design feasibility.
* Identifying and resolving design or technical issues that arise during the design and construction phases.
What Skills You Need
* Experience in large residential/commercial projects preferred.
* Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and autonomously.
* Have excellent technical knowledge of building construction and technical design skills.
* Full working proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
* Full knowledge of Irish Building Regulations.
* Previous experience working in teams and on multiple projects.
