What you'll be doing
* Lead the design and delivery of new product features that improve clinical workflows.
* Take technical ownership across projects and set high standards for code quality.
* Work closely with Product, QA, and Infrastructure teams to keep releases smooth
* Drive cloud-first development using Azure and modern DevOps practices.
* Review code, mentor other developers, and help set engineering best practices.
* Support data governance, keeping data secure and compliant.
* Contribute ideas that shape the future direction of the platform.
What you'll bring
* 6+ years of experience working on complex software systems.
* Deep knowledge of C# and .NET (Core and modern frameworks).
* Solid hands-on experience with Azure & App Services
* Good SQL and Entity Framework skills.
* Front-end know-how with Angular or React.
* Experience leading teams or mentoring other developers.
* A genuine interest in new tech and continuous learning.
* Bonus points for experience with IaC tools (Terraform)
