Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our client’s dynamic design team based out of their offices in Dublin.
This is a key opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects across sectors including residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in design development, technical delivery and client engagement ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, sustainability and compliance.
Base pay range
€45,000 to €55,000 per year

Role summary
Architect (BIM/AutoCAD) — Dublin — €45,000 to €55,000 per year. Plus an excellent benefits package.
Skills and Experience
* Qualified as a Chartered Architect (RIBA/RIAS/RIAI) with registration to practice (ARB or RIAI) or working towards equivalent.
* Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience across variety of project sizes with site experience.
* Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM and the Adobe Creative Suite.
* Excellent technical knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methods, technical standards, regulatory frameworks, as well as health and safety requirements.
* Strong design portfolio experience showcasing creativity, problem-solving and delivery.
* Outstanding communication, stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Role and Responsibilities
* Lead and support the development of concept, planning and detailed design stages.
* Prepare and coordinate technical drawings, specifications and design packages.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and statutory bodies to ensure project objectives are achieved.
* Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations, codes of practice and industry standards.
* Champion design innovation, sustainability and best practice within the team.
