Role Description:

The Personal Assistant (20%) provides dedicated administrative and organizational support to an executive or senior leader, ensuring smooth coordination of professional and personal activities. This part-time position requires discretion, efficiency, and strong multitasking abilities. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, handling correspondence, and maintaining confidential information with professionalism and accuracy.

The Personal Assistant will assist in day-to-day planning, ensuring that all commitments, deadlines, and priorities are effectively managed. Responsibilities include organizing calendars, preparing documents and presentations, arranging logistics for meetings and events, and supporting communication between the executive and internal or external stakeholders. The role may also involve occasional support with personal tasks, depending on the needs of the executive, to optimize time management and overall productivity.

A successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. The Personal Assistant should be resourceful, proactive, and capable of managing a varied workload with minimal supervision. The role requires a high level of confidentiality, flexibility, and professionalism, particularly when handling sensitive or time-critical matters.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent education preferred.
* 2–4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role.
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Google Workspace).
* High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential or sensitive information.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
* Proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
* Availability to work 20% (approximately one day per week or equivalent schedule) with flexibility to support key meetings or events as required.
