Role Description:
The Personal Assistant (20%) provides dedicated administrative and organizational support to an executive or senior leader, ensuring smooth coordination of professional and personal activities. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, handling correspondence, and maintaining confidential information with professionalism and accuracy.
The Personal Assistant will assist in day-to-day planning, ensuring that all commitments, deadlines, and priorities are effectively managed. Responsibilities include organizing calendars, preparing documents and presentations, arranging logistics for meetings and events, and supporting communication between the executive and internal or external stakeholders. The role may also involve occasional support with personal tasks, depending on the needs of the executive, to optimize time management and overall productivity.
A successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent education preferred.
* 2–4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role.

* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
