Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial support to business partners, developing and monitoring monthly reports, analyzing deviations between actual and budgeted amounts, and identifying areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive and timely financial information to support business management and decision making
* Develop and monitor monthly reports for revenues and expenditure
* Analyze deviations between actual and budgeted amounts and identify areas for improvement
* Support business partners in reviewing and analyzing the financial impact of strategic initiatives and investment opportunities
* Establish and manage the tracking and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Monitor and control capital expenditure spending
* Manage factory and unit costs, ensuring adherence to cost-calculation standards
* Work with business partners to prepare plans, budgets, and forecasts
Required Skills and Qualifications

* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
* Excellent negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills
* Highly developed analytical ability, with strong commercial awareness and deep business understanding
* Strong SAP/ERP and advanced Excel skills
* Very strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with proven ability to prioritize responsibilities and processes
* Excellent project-management skills, with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple improvement initiatives
