Agricultural Machinery Sales Representative
to join our client's growing team based in County Wexford.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Salesperson with a background in Agricultural Machinery to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.
What's on Offer:
€30,000 - €50,000 depending on experience
Your new role includes:
Driving sales of tractors, machinery, and implements, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Building, managing, and strengthening long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor.
Providing guidance and support on advanced farming systems (AFS).
Representing the dealership at industry events, open days, and demonstrations.
Collaborating with the service and parts teams to ensure exceptional customer support and aftersales care.
Maintaining a sales diary on our CRM system.
Experience you need:
Previous sales experience within the agricultural industry is essential.
Familiarity with driving a tractor / using farm machinery.
Full driving license required.
An interest in and willingness to build expertise in precision farming systems (AFS) — training will be provided.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
