Business Analyst/Scrum Master Role
The ideal candidate for this Business Analyst/Scrum Master role will possess a strong background in agile methodologies and significant experience in the Life Sciences industry. This individual will be responsible for facilitating agile ceremonies, collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, and working closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and technical specifications.
* Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
* Identify and mitigate risks and impediments to ensure smooth project execution.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team and across the organisation.
* Provide guidance and support to team members on agile best practices and principles.
* Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring transparency and clarity for all stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Scrum Master in an agile environment.
* Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
* Experience in the Life Sciences industry is essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
