What You'll Need to Succeed
1. ALevel 8 Honours Degree in Civil or Transport Engineering (or equivalent).
2. 2–6 years of experience in a consultancy or engineering environment.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD 2D (3D is an advantage).
5. Familiarity with traffic modelling tools such as PICADY, ARCADY, and LinSig.
6. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
8. Experience liaising with clients, local authorities, and external stakeholders is a plus.
