Job description Job Summary Based on our cleints site at Naas, the Recruitment Administator will be responsible for supporting the team in developing, organising and administering the Company's' comprehensive service designed to insure optimum efficiency and effectiveness to the client contract and ensure profitability.
Recruitment Work with clients to ensure an in depth understanding of roles, organisation, culture, specification and duration of assignments Source and recruit for roles of all levels with the client in line with resourcing KPIs Register candidates in line with legal and ethical compliance specifically but not limited to Eligibility to Work, Ethical Compliance, EAA, and AWR GLA if applicable.
Issue on boarding information including assignment briefing forms and handbooks KPI's as identified by Account Manager Client Management Work with Account Manager to provide innovative service delivery solutions and recommend solutions which will add value to the service Provide management information and reports specifically outlined within the SLA Support Account manager with any additonal support Candidate Management Liaise with candidates to identify issues and address concerns Maintenance and update of accurate worker /employee records and systems Ensure candidates paid correctly and on time and organise candidate payroll clinic weekly Provide general advice and guidance to temporary workers performance management, absence management Carry out appraisals / reviews on temporary workers if applicable Conduct investigation meetings in relation to complaints or issues Monitor candidate attendance
