An established Dublin 13-based services business is now seeking a talented and results-driven Outbound Telesales Executive (Business Developer) on a part-time basis. You should have a proven track record of generating new business within the B2B environment within the local market. This is a part-time, permanent, office-based role (16 hours per week) requiring four mornings or afternoons per week.
Responsibilities
 * Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and target new business opportunities.
 * Conduct market research to understand industry trends, challenges, and opportunities, and use this information to develop tailored business development strategies.
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies.
 * Identify client needs and pain points and articulate how the solutions can address these issues effectively.
 * Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
 * Collaborate closely with the team to ensure a seamless transition from business development to client onboarding.
 * Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
 * Proven track record of success in outbound B2B telesales within the local market.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
 * Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on delivering value and building long-term relationships.
 * Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
 * Highly organized with excellent time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
