This is an opportunity to join a growing Disputes team in Dublin, advising a high profile domestic and international client base.
The team acts across complex contentious and advisory matters, including financial services litigation, insolvency and restructuring, property disputes, regulatory investigations and enforcement, professional liability and insurance, construction disputes, and tax disputes.
Clients come from a wide range of sectors, the work is sophisticated, fast paced and offers significant client exposure.

You will be involved in:
Acting on complex commercial litigation matters for domestic and international clients
Advising on insolvency, restructuring, and enforcement related disputes
Supporting regulatory investigations and contentious enforcement proceedings
Managing disputes arising from property, construction, professional liability, insurance, and tax matters
Taking ownership of matters, overseeing junior team members where appropriate
Working directly with clients and contributing to business development initiatives
The Person
To be successful, you will bring:
4–6 years' PQE in commercial litigation
Experience gained in a large domestic or international firm in Dublin
Strong technical and drafting skills with the ability to manage complex matters
A proven track record of advising domestic and international clients
Strong academic credentials
A commercial, solutions focused mindset and the ability to deliver advice efficiently
Confidence in a client facing role, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing deadlines
An interest in business development and building long term client relationships
