The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day operation of the switchboard service, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and effective call management.
Key responsibilities include:
* Operating multiple lines using a switchboard system, responding promptly to incoming calls, and interacting with central teams
* Transferring calls to the relevant extension in a timely manner, minimizing delays and disruptions
* Maintaining communication systems such as Cisco, VX Maintain, and CAFM (Real Time) to ensure seamless connectivity
* Providing administrative support and coordination of reactive works on-site, including logging tickets, quotes, and follow-up reports
* Raising requisitions for orders and performing other administrative duties
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Previous experience in switchboard and helpdesk operations, preferably in a similar environment
* A flexible, diligent, and independent work approach, with excellent teamwork skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
* Exceptional telephone etiquette and communication skills, with a client-centric mindset
