You will ensure budgetary objectives are met and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.Requirements:Third Level Qualification in Quantity Surveying/Architecture/Construction Management5+ Years in a Project Management/Project Delivery positionExperience in client-facing roles neededMust have a track-record in delivering projects from planning through to hand-overPrevious exposure to managing teams/stakeholdersShould understand the value in building and maintaining internal & external relationshipsMust be able to demonstrate an ability to immediately fulfil the duties of the role.Package:Competitive salary, discretionary bonus, hybrid working, pension and other perks.
