HR Business Partner – Fast-Paced, People-Focused Environment
We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a supportive, high-performing HR team in a dynamic, fast-moving industry. In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to leaders across the business – shaping people strategy, driving engagement, and delivering HR solutions that help our teams thrive. What you’ll do:
* Partner with managers on recruitment, performance, wellbeing & employee relations
* Coach leaders to build confident, capable teams
* Deliver HR initiatives that enhance employee experience & development
* Promote an inclusive, safe & respectful workplace
* Support policy updates, union engagement & HR strategy delivery
What we’re looking for:
* 5+ years’ experience in HRBP/HR Generalist roles (FMCG/Manufacturing is a must)
* Strong knowledge of employee relations & employment legislation
* Excellent communicator, influencer & problem solver
* CIPD Level 5 (or above) & HR-related degree/qualification
