Front Desk Associate
As a Front Desk Associate, you will provide exceptional service to guests by managing the reception experience. This includes handling check-in and check-out procedures, processing payments, and resolving any guest issues that may arise.
* Manage the front desk area, including responding to phone calls and answering guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
* Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring all revenue is accounted for.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and maintain a positive working relationship.
* Proactively address guest concerns and take ownership of resolving issues promptly.
* Perform daily tasks such as filing, photocopying, and preparing reports as required.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also possess basic computer skills, knowledge of revenue management systems, and a keen eye for detail. The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment is highly desirable, as is proficiency in Hotsoft PMS and knowledge of hotel operations.
