About the job: We are seeking a skilled AI Model Evaluation Specialist to develop and implement evaluation frameworks for AI models across their lifecycle—pre-training, post-training, and inference.
Your role will focus on designing metrics, creating benchmarking datasets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure models meet high standards of responsiveness, efficiency, and reliability in real-world applications.
Responsibilities: Develop and deploy evaluation frameworks assessing accuracy, latency, throughput, and memory footprint.
Create high-quality datasets and benchmarks for evaluating model robustness.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to align evaluation metrics with business goals.
Analyze evaluation data to identify bottlenecks and optimize model performance and resource utilization.
Research and refine evaluation methodologies, staying updated on emerging trends to enhance benchmarking practices.
Qualifications include a degree in Computer Science or related fields, preferably a PhD in NLP or Machine Learning, with proven experience in AI model evaluation, strong programming skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Familiarity with performance metrics and benchmarking pipelines is essential.
