Responsibilities

From executing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our SMB team combines operational expertise and sales acumen with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok.
The ideal candidate is a skilled marketer and a creative thinker with experience across EMEA, especially in Southern Europe, and is a visionary strategist. Candidates should have experience designing and executing multi-channel customer experiences and managing ecosystem strategies and implementation.
Responsibilities:
1. Deliver SMB advertiser adoption and revenue growth through innovative strategies, education, and campaigns across Southern Europe / Region 2.
2. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to identify regional SMB needs through data, campaigns, and content.
3. Drive new cash activations, revenue, and eMAA via bespoke marketing campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams to generate leads and revenue growth.
4. Create country-specific revenue generation programs based on market insights.
5. Develop compelling narratives and sales materials tailored to various audiences and campaigns.
6. Advocate for SMB customers, influencing internal teams to prioritize SMB needs and develop data-driven solutions.
7. Oversee campaign lifecycle, from strategy to execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget, and communicate with stakeholders.
8. Track and analyze campaign performance, identify improvements, and iterate for better results.
9. Manage third-party vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality campaign creation and execution.
10. Share best practices and collaborate regionally and globally to achieve full-funnel success.
11. Contribute insights to broader team initiatives, communicating strategies and timelines effectively.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
* 5+ years in marketing roles across EMEA or Southern Europe.
* Deep understanding of SMB industry and B2B marketing.
* Experience in creative agencies, brand creative groups, or tech strategy roles.
* Experience designing and analyzing content strategies.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Italian.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Ability to identify opportunities, lead projects independently.
* Experience leading cross-functional teams to define product value and GTM plans.
* Confidence in integrated marketing planning across channels.
* Data-driven with macro trend insights.
