Job Title: Senior Finance Business Strategist
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Business Strategist to join our organization. This role is responsible for developing and implementing finance strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance management role in a franchised dealership.
* Compliance with the Central Bank of Ireland's minimum competencies code (2011).
* Full clean driving license.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional social skills and the ability to integrate seamlessly with our existing Sales Team.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Collaborating closely with sales executives to ensure sales and profit targets are achieved.
* Reporting on finance income (F&I) performance through regular submission of F&I KPIs.
* Ensuring all finance administration procedures are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Additional responsibilities include:
* Providing enthusiastic and energetic customer service, ensuring all customers and prospects are treated with courtesy and respect.
* Sharing market intelligence and updates regarding developments in the F&I sector with the Sales Department.
* Staying informed about alternative finance providers and products to ensure competitive rates for customers.
