About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing international investment and innovation group as they launch their new Dublin office. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will be at the heart of setting up and running the office, helping to shape its culture and operations from the ground up.

As
Office Manager
, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, managing administrative and facilities functions, supporting leadership, and creating an efficient, welcoming, and collaborative workplace. This is ideal for someone proactive, organised, and ready to take ownership in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

Office & Operations

* Lead the setup and ongoing management of the new Dublin office, including facilities, equipment, suppliers, and vendors.
* Implement and maintain efficient office systems, processes, and procedures.
* Manage budgets, invoices, and expenses in partnership with the finance team.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements.
* Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams and external partners.

Support & Coordination

* Assist leadership with operational planning, reporting, and administrative support.
* Coordinate travel, meetings, and events for staff and visiting colleagues.
* Oversee procurement, supplier relationships, and contract management.
* Support the execution of projects and business initiatives based in Dublin.

People & Culture

* Support HR with onboarding, induction, and training for new employees.
* Maintain staff records, holiday schedules, and absence tracking.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative office culture.
* Organise internal communications, team meetings, and social activities.

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience as an Office Manager, Operations Coordinator, or similar role (corporate or professional services preferred).
* Excellent organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
* Confident liaising at all levels with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft 365, Teams, and general office systems.
* Experience in office setups, relocations, or fast-growing environments is a plus.
* Highly professional, discreet, and reliable.
