Leonard Wilson Keenan are currently looking for an experienced lettings manager to establish and grow our Lettings/Management division. LWK has established itself as one of the fastest growing estate agents in Dublin (ranked 5th largest national sales listing share by Daft).
This exciting role offers the right candidate the opportunity to join an expanding company and develop their own footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Follow up on all internally generated leads for new business and secure
2. Manage entire letting process including qualifying prospects, preparing tenancy documentation, completing move-in/move-out and notice to vacate procedures, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements, including registering tenancies with RTB
3. Build and maintain positive working relationships with owners, landlords, tenants, and maintenance team
4. Conduct property inspections
5. Maintain detailed and up-to-date property and tenant records on IT systems
Skills and Experience:
1. PSRA license C, D
2. At least 5 years of experience
3. A full clean driver's license and access to a car
4. Knowledge of relevant tenancy regulations and compliance requirements
5. Ability to prioritize workload effectively
6. Strong communication skills and attention to detail
7. Good administrative and IT skills (CRM Letman)
