A well established, accredited and reputable childcare provider is seeking a
dedicated full-time Creche Manager
.
The role will be a 5 day week (35 hours) onsite role.
The business has a lovely team in place and a list of valued clients from babies to after school age.
The key focus is providing a nurturing, caring, compliant and happy environment for the little clients while also providing an enjoyable work environment for the dedicated team of staff everyday.

The manager will be expected to observe confidentiality at all times in relation to the business of the Early Years Service
Responsibilities:
To administer and manage the day to day running of a busy accredited and compliant creche facility.
Support the business owner/manager with key administrative duties associated with the role.
Support the valued staff in their professional roles.
Support the valued clients by ensuring correct services and care is provided throughout the facility every day.
Management of the business database little vista.
Roster management.
Provision of reports weekly and monthly from the database to the business manager.
Funding compliance and administration to include core funding, ECCE and NCS and provide reports weekly and monthly from the hive.
Tusla compliance and regulation requirements.
Oversee and manage paperwork associated with the business.
Overview of stock, stock fulfilment and ordering.
Accounts management in terms of reconciliation of client payments and update of accounts system accordingly.
Key Requirements/Skillset
Good communication skills and genuine empathy.
Must have a passion for children's care and education from the early years up to School age.
Previous management experience.
Sector funding knowledge.
Reliable and trustworthy.
Punctual.
Always exercise strict confidentiality.
Leadership skills.
Attention to detail.
Flexibility.
Capable of working from own initiative as well as working collaboratively as part of a team and with the business owner/manager.
Suitably qualified and experienced person within the childcare sector and/or a similar role.
Be willing to learn, guide and lead the team in a positive, proactive and professional manner.
