We're seeking a motivated Administration Coordinator to join our Personal Lines team. Whether you have some experience in customer service, administration, or sales, we'd love to hear from you
What you'll do:
* Assist in providing tailored insurance quotations for personal cars, vans, and homes.
* Support customers with queries about their policies, renewals, and claims.
* Process documentation and payments with accuracy and efficiency.
* Stay informed about insurance products and market trends.
* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
* Work as part of a supportive team, with opportunities for training and development.
What we're looking for:
* Experience in an office, customer service, or sales role is an advantage but not essential.
* Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
