Job Title: Project Management Assistant
A highly skilled and experienced Project Management Assistant is required to join our busy project delivery team.
* Main Responsibilities:
* The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and administering day-to-day activities, maintaining processes, templates, documentation, and reporting.
* Organising meetings, preparing agendas, tracking actions, and managing project information.
* Assisting with status updates, risks, issues, and benefits tracking.
* Coordinating workshops, user groups, and project communications.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year in a PMO, project support, or coordination role.
* Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing deadlines.
* Degree in a relevant area; project management certification is a plus.
