Overview
ERP Readiness Administrator - Galway (6-12 month Fixed Term Contract) based in Galway city.
EZ Living Furniture is a family-run Irish retailer with nationwide operations and online shopping, employing over 350 people.
Responsibilities
Assist in a smooth transition of stock holdings to a new ERP system.
Run stock takes in warehouse and store environments.
Assist in the creation of company-wide processes.
Assist with accurate and timely recording and reporting of stock holdings to senior leadership.
Regularly liaise with the ERP Readiness Project Manager to achieve project targets.
Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service, or administration is essential.
Administrative experience.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across teams, suppliers, and logistics providers.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
High attention to detail with strong administrative skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of logistics processes and supply chain operations is desirable.
