Construction Project Coordinator
The successful candidate will oversee and ensure high-quality work, ensuring compliance with regulations and project specifications.
* Site surveys, setting-out from engineers' drawings as-built drawings
* Reading & interpreting technical documents for layouts, materials measurement etc.
* Collaboration with subcontractors/general workforce on site
* Planning works in an efficient manner to achieve project milestones
* Liaising with client's representatives/design team members as appropriate
* Maintaining the highest standards of Health and Safety throughout the project
* Elevating work quality through rigorous inspection and control measures.
* Material procurement and inventory management on site.
* Accurate documentation and record-keeping requirements
