This job is with a thriving multi-billion euro revenue business where you will become a valued member of their collaborative 4-person EMEA Payroll Team, which is part of a larger, supportive 42-person finance function. This company has a significant global footprint, with manufacturing, distribution, and sales operations spanning EMEA, APAC, and the U.S., and your responsibilities will specifically cover the payroll for 2-3 key countries within the EMEA region. Your new manager is a true expert who invests hugely in their team through everyday mentoring and formal training, team building days, having good processes in place and ensuring the team is adequately resourced so nobody is working outside of their core hours. In this EMEA Payroll Specialist job, you will work closely with an outsourced payroll provider who manages the in-country calculations. Your key responsibilities will involve partnering effectively with internal managers across various EMEA locations, as well as local HR teams, to prepare all necessary monthly payroll information. This includes managing data related to new hires, leavers, promotions, overtime payments, and commission structures. Once the payroll provider has processed the data and returned the payroll file, you will be responsible for conducting thorough checks to ensure accuracy before final approval for payment. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to contribute to important project work, such as integrating the payroll processes of newly acquired companies into the existing framework. You will receive an excellent compensation package to a value of €50,000-€55,000, along with a bonus, company pension contributions, 25 days of annual leave, a hybrid working model offering 2 days of work from home per week, comprehensive health insurance, and genuine opportunities for significant career advancement.
