Leading Construction Projects Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a challenging role in the management of complex construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential and mixed-use property developments and will be able to oversee all aspects of project delivery, from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
* Team Leadership: They will lead a team of designers, quantity surveyors, real estate advisors and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects.
* Stakeholder Engagement: The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and other key partners to ensure the smooth running of projects.
* Risk Management: They will identify, assess and mitigate risks associated with each project to ensure the company's interests are protected.
Requirements:
* Qualifications: A minimum of a Level 8 qualification in a relevant field such as quantity surveying, engineering, construction management or architecture.
* Experience: A proven track record of managing complex construction projects, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
* Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
