Job Title: Training Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Training Coordinator. In this role, you will provide critical support to our training operations, ensuring seamless execution of in-person and virtual sessions.
About the Role:
1. Assist with logistics for in-person training sessions, including room setup coordination, technology troubleshooting, and distribution of materials.
2. Manage printing and issuance of documents related to training programs.
3. Maintain accurate records of learner qualification status and track issuance of On-the-Job Training (OJT) documents.
4. Organize external training sessions, welcome instructors, manage room setup, troubleshoot technical issues.
5. Participate in the planning process for both in-person & virtual events providing subject matter expertise on best practices. Manage email communications - Share information about specific upcoming meetings or follow-up reports via Mass E-mail such tools like " Outlook Calendar"or other means whether manual entry system(in e.g Gmail), automated solutions(Slack). Co-ordinate multiple groups simultaneously while having high level overall view always staying focused where order is maintained despite large volumes.
