Realtime Recruitment is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, supporting Finance and HR systems within a large, dynamic organisation.
This is a permanent, hybrid role in Cork. Applicants must hold a Stamp 4 or EU passport.
You must have 2-3 years of experience in IT project delivery (be it in a functional or technical capacity, preferably across HR or Finance systems)

* Minimum 5 years experience in IT with 2-3 years experience as a BA or Systems Analyst delivering IT changes or small projects, ideally in Finance systems (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, or other enterprise‑level systems in the Gartner Magic Quadrant).
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process modelling.
* Familiarity with Agile, Kanban, DevOps, and Waterfall methodologies.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in hybrid teams and third‑party vendor collaboration.
* Understanding of software development lifecycle, QA, and information security.
What You’ll Do
* Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
* Analyse, document, and simplify business processes to support transformation initiatives.
* Support requirements gathering, modelling, dependency mapping, and impact analysis.
* Prioritise product backlogs, user stories, and project deliverables.
* Facilitate UAT, deployment, and smooth execution of sprints/milestones.
* Contribute to IT transformation initiatives across Finance and HR systems.
