Senior Associate/Of Counsel - Finance & Capital Markets - Dublin
Walkers is currently seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Senior Associate/Of Counsel to join its highly regarded and market-leading Finance & Capital Markets group in Dublin. Our award-winning Tier 1 practice is a recognized leader in its field. You will join a dynamic, experienced, and growing team of high-performance lawyers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of big-ticket, cross-border transactions representing blue-chip clients in Ireland and globally. You will work closely with our partners and fee earners in Ireland and overseas offices, advising clients on debt capital markets, finance, private credit, fund finance, securitisation, and structured finance transactions. The work is interesting, rewarding, challenging, and impactful. * Debt issuance programmes and private placements
* Derivatives and risk transfer arrangements

* Securitisations including ABS, CMBS, CLOs, RMBS, synthetic securitisations
* Securities law and regulatory considerations
* Structured finance transactions
The Person
We seek qualified lawyers with 5+ years post-qualification experience, ideally in finance, structured finance, or debt capital markets, from a recognized practice or in-house. We welcome applications from those currently practicing in Ireland or interested in returning. Candidates should demonstrate:
