Industrial Electrician A leading environmental solutions provider is now seeking an Industrial Electrician to join their growing team in the Limerick/Kerry area! THE COMPANY: Our client, established over 30 years ago is the top provider of environmental solutions and services to the water, wastewater, environmental, and industrial sectors. They offer comprehensive services including supply, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and routine servicing across all MEICA (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control, and Automation) disciplines. Our client continues to set the standard in delivering environmental monitoring and detection solutions for both private and municipal clients. Their Control & Automation division is one of the largest in Ireland, and with a financial turnover in the multi-millions, they are expanding and are now looking to add an Industrial Electrician to enhance their large team of over 50. THE ROLE: The successful candidate will ideally be based in Limerick or Kerry while also occasionally travelling to cover parts of Cork. Their duties will include: Working in small teams of 2-3 per site, covering multiple sites, where you'll spend 1-3 weeks at a time on each project. Working on Irish Water contracts- mostly in water and wastewater treatment plants, brown sites and some pharmaceutical sites. Installation, testing, and commissioning of new plant equipment and control panels. Working with pumps, control panels, instrumentation, generator changeover switching, power meters and CT's, VSDs, and motors. Ensuring all systems meet regulatory requirements. THE PERSON: We are looking to speak to candidates from the following backgrounds: Qualified Industrial Electricians with solid hands-on experience in 2nd Fix Industrial or Industrial Maintenance is essential Experience wiring up control panels, pumps, and other complex industrial equipment is extremely advantageous A strong technical background in working on industrial sites, particularly in water treatment or wastewater facilities, is highly desirable Should be able to work independently and within small teams, with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to projects THE PACKAGE: Salary: €55-€60k DOE Van and Fuel Card. 25 Days Holiday per annum.
