Job Description
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Receptionist for our Cork City office. This is a permanent opportunity and will entail working in a varied role to provide back‑up assistance to our team in our busy, high‑performing office. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors you will welcome people in person and take calls in a warm and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming clients and visitors to the office.
* Operating the switchboard and diverting calls to relevant departments.
* Coordinate meeting room bookings and appointments.
* Maintaining a database of office suppliers and service providers.
* Maintaining inventory of office stationery and ordering as necessary.
* Preparing petty cash records and cash count monthly.
* Act as administrator of Revenue Online Service for all staff.
* Provide general administrative support when required.
Key Requirements
* Excellent communication.
* Proficient in MS Office.
* Administration skills.

* Experience non-essential.
