Job Title: Software Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Software Support Specialist to join our Technical Support Team in Kerry.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support, handling installations, and conducting end-user training. They will also collaborate with project teams on larger installations, manage customer queries via phone/email, maintain CRM records, identify and escalate software issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
* Background in operations or IT administration
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
