Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct assessments of gross motor skills and physical development.
* Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in collaboration with families and team members.
* Provide clinical leadership, mentoring, and support to junior staff and students.
* Participate in interdisciplinary planning and team assessments.
* Contribute to the development and improvement of physiotherapy services within the organization.

Requirements:

* A recognized degree in Physiotherapy.
* CORU registration or eligibility to register.
* A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 1 year in paediatrics or disability.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Desirable: Experience in seating and mobility, orthotics, or neurodevelopmental therapy.
* Previous experience in a multidisciplinary team setting.
* Evidence of continuing professional development.
