Join us and be a crucial part of a team that builds more than just structures—we build long-lasting relationships with our clients and partners while delivering exceptional results every day.ResponsibilitiesReview and analyse construction plans, specifications, and related documents to prepare detailed cost estimates.Compile and review material, labor, and equipment costs.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to understand project requirements and scope.Conduct site visits and gather information to inform accurate estimating.Obtain and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers.Prepare and present estimates and proposals to clients and internal teams.Monitor and update estimates as project scopes and costs change.Maintain a database of historical costs and supplier quotations.RequirementsProven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry or a related field.Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and labor costs.Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
