The Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and execution of fit-out works on large-scale construction projects across Europe. You’ll work closely with clients, design teams, and on-site personnel to ensure our high standards are met — on time and within budget.
* Lead all phases of project delivery from mobilisation to handover
* Manage fit-out scopes including MEP coordination, finishes, cleanroom elements, and bespoke installations
* Coordinate with clients, main contractors, and internal teams across multiple EU locations
* Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and specialist suppliers
* Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
* Ensure compliance with EU construction regulations and health & safety protocols
* Report on project progress and risk mitigation strategies to senior leadership
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager on complex construction projects, preferably in pharma, data centre, or clean environments
* Strong background in fit-out or turnkey construction
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in an international setting
* Willingness to travel or relocate within the EU as required
* Relevant engineering or construction degree preferred
