As a Software Development Engineer – Professional II, you will play a critical role in designing, developing and maintaining high-quality software applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with our business goals and client needs.
What you'll do:
* Design, develop and implement software applications to support Fiserv's business goals.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* Perform coding, testing and debugging to ensure applications meet performance and quality standards.
* Maintain and improve existing codebases and conduct peer reviews of code changes.

Experience you'll need to have:
* Proven experience in software development.
* Experience with Java, C, C#, C++, or similar programming languages.
* Experience working with SQL databases.
* Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP services.
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
* Experience working within Agile methodologies.
* An equivalent combination of educational background, related experience and/or military service.
Experience that would be great to have:
* Experience in the financial services industry.
